Essential Job Functions
- Very strong understanding of SalesForce, ExactTarget, or other marketing technology solutions.
- Perform rapid analysis and decomposition of complex business information into technical process components, including in-depth technology and operational requirements.
- Strong presentation to user audiences as well as technical teams.
- Comfortable managing development team relationships as well as project management tasks as needed.
- Experience in onsite technical roles with project ownership. Strong expertise in most of the following areas is required:
- Build complex platform to manage the Salesforce Marketing Cloud global platform
- Automate Infrastructure tasks so that they can be achieved consistently, quickly, and at the scale of the business needs
- Create and maintain knowledge documentation
- Perform data analysis on complex data sets
- Maintain a thorough understanding of supported products and environments
- The ability to work independently on multiple projects that are critical to the success of our team while still being able to maintain focus on day to day milestone commitments.
- System Implementation, Change Enablement & User Adoption
- Must possess strong analytical and Salesforce.com product knowledge skills including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and the translation of those needs into technology and operational requirements.
- Compensation : 110 – 125K range.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- B.S. degree in a technical field preferred (Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, Informatics, Industrial Management or similar) or equivalent combination of education and experience
- An advanced degree in the area of specialization or equivalent professional work experience is preferred.
- 5- 8 years experience as a solution focused IT consultant, or systems consultant for a mid-to-large sized organization, or direct consulting expertise in sales and marketing transformation projects.
- 3+ years experience with Sales Force Automation software in enterprise environments.
- 3+ years of experience with marketing automation and social implementations /integrations with ExactTarget, , Journey Builder, BuddyMedia, Automation Studio and Trigger sends or other marketing and social marketing automation technologies.
- Web tracking – Salesforce Web Collect functionality and related data analytics.
- Data knowledge like Sales Cloud data objects, External data and email tracking.
- Marketing Cloud functionalities - Social Studio, Audience Builder.
