Essential Job Functions:
- Enhance and troubleshoot the existing solution in a multi-tenant environment.
- Analyze the issues reported by Clients, communicate with Vendors and work towards their resolution.
- Understand/update/maintain requirements specification documents of the system for various tenants.
- Provide user support during application software implementation.
- Create reports using SQL queries and export into MS Excel.
- Analyze XML data as part of web-services.
- Write Java/PLSQL code to meet requirement and maintain coding standards.
- Perform unit testing, system testing, integration testing and participate in User Acceptance Testing.
- Responsible for creating Graphical User Interface using tools like Eclipse.
- Troubleshoot system bugs and apply fixes.
- Work in a multi-tenant (client) environment with different release dates and priorities.
- Participate in meetings and discussions with functional/team leads to understand the requirements and workout a design.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited college or university
- 2 – 4 Years of experience as a Software developer ,Systems or Operations analyst
- Java/J2EE/JQuery/CSS/HTML/XML/Spring/Struts/JS/Webservices.
- SQL, SQL Developer /Toad
- Knowledge of Tomcat/JBoss /Websphere servers.
- Knowledge of Integrated Development Environment like Eclipse.
- Knowledge of a Version Control System and its Client like ClearCase and Clear Team Explorer.
